Manufacturing Features
Harvesting. Selection and sorting. Soft pressing. Clarification of wort by settling. Temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel containers at low temperatures. Ceasing of fermentation by cooling when the required sugar level is reached. Rest for 6-8 days. Cold stabilization. Filtration. Bottling.
Organoleptics
Sparkling straw color with golden glistening. The bright aroma attacks with a palette of floral and fruity shades with dominant tones of white rose petals and fleshy texture of ripe yellow plums. The palate is fresh, fruity, with true acidity and a sweet crispy finish.
Compatibility
Recommended to serve at a temperature of +10°С...+12°С with vegetable and fruit salads, pastas based on creamy sauces, poultry dishes, such as satsivi, soft cheeses and light desserts.
